A dual-zone unit, the Federal SN773SC bakery case features a refrigerated left section that can display cakes, mousses, and pies and a non-refrigerated right side that accommodates breads, donuts, and pastries. The refrigeration system uses R513a refrigerant to produce temperatures from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and it resists condensation to maintain a clean appearance. The oversized coil and low-velocity fan system establish a humid environment that preserves product freshness. Staff can set and monitor temperatures with the adjustable temperature control and digital thermometer. To ease maintenance, this self-contained case features a pull-out condensing unit.

This dessert case is part of the Series '90 collection, which is distinguished by its contemporary glass front and sides that provide a full view of the case's interior. Its tempered, double-curve panel features a pneumatic, cylinder-assisted lift-up mechanism to ease restocking and cleaning, and also reduces glare from exterior lighting to retain visibility. To create a full-service setup, two sliding, glass rear doors ensure staff have direct access to the case's interior.

The Federal SN773SC display case measures 77¹⁄₄ inches wide by 37¹⁄₄ inches deep by 48¹⁄₂ inches high and can be used as an individual unit or be an extension of a continuous case lineup. Its four-tiered display is comprised of a white display deck and three white cantilevered wire shelves that can be tilted, raised, or lowered to accommodate changing inventory. Its welded black base creates an attractive contrast with the bright white interior and matches common minimalist or decorative themes. To ease cleaning, the sliding doors, shelf lights, shelf supports, and shelves can be removed.
