The interior's scratch- and rust-resistant white display deck and three tiers of white wire shelves provide a neutral background that draws attention to displayed cheesecakes, mousse, fruit pies, and more. This unit's LED lighting highlights the shelves to grab customer attention, and to accommodate differently sized products, the shelves can be raised, lowered, or tilted in three positions.

For baked goods that require refrigerated storage, this bakery case generates and maintains temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit with R513A refrigerant. A self-contained refrigeration system, it includes a condensate evaporator, an insulated evaporator coil compartment, and condenser air filter. Its oversized coil and low-velocity fan system maintain high humidity to preserve product freshness, and staff can monitor temperatures with the thermometer and accessible control.

This Federal SGR3648 high-volume bakery case measures 36¹³⁄₁₀₀ inches wide by 35³¹⁄₁₀₀ inches deep by 48 inches high and can be incorporated into continuous case lineups to maximize product offerings. Its leg levelers can be raised or lowered to stabilize it on uneven flooring which reduces wobbling and rocking as contents are loaded or retrieved. The staff-only rear sliding glass doors grant access to the interior, decreasing shoplifting and product contamination risks. For simplified cleaning, the display deck, doors, shelves, shelf supports, and shelf lights can be removed and the front glass can be tilted out.
