Federal SGD5942 59" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Straight Glass - (3) Levels, 120v

For integration into an existing case lineup or standalone use, the Federal SGD5942 non-refrigerated dessert case features tempered glass ends. This 59¹³⁄₁₀₀-inch-wide by 35³¹⁄₁₀₀-inch-deep by 42-inch-high unit's straight front glass and top glass provide a full view of the case's LED-lighted interior. To accommodate as many as nine 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans, it's built with two tiers of adjustable white wire shelves and a scratch- and corrosion-resistant white, vented display deck.

Staff can access the Federal SGD5942 bakery display case's interior through the two rear sliding doors. Because it's a full-service unit, employees must retrieve customer purchases, which can enhance customer and staff interaction while minimizing the risk of shoplifting and food contamination. The case's rugged, simple-to-clean steel base sports a black laminate and black trim to complement decorative or minimalist themes. For stabilization during use, it's positioned on adjustable legs that can level the unit on irregular flooring. For simplified cleaning, the front glass can be tilted out, and the doors, shelf lights, shelf supports, and shelves can be removed.
