Federal SGD3648 36" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Straight Glass - (4) Levels, 120v

The Federal SGD3648 dessert case's non-refrigerated design is great for storing and displaying donuts, cookies, bagels, and crusty breads. This 36¹³⁄₁₀₀-inch-wide by 35³¹⁄₁₀₀-inch-deep by 48-inch-high unit features tempered glass ends, doors, top, and front to complement continuous case lineups. The straight front glass is gently sloped to elevate product display and establish a classic flair. Its steel base features a black laminate and trim that match most bakery, grocery store, and cafe themes and create an attractive contrast with the white interior and shelves. To help prevent wobbling, its leg levelers can be adjusted to stabilize the unit on irregular flooring.

To accommodate four 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans and four 9-inch by 26-inch bakery pans, the Federal SGD3648 non-refrigerated bakery case is built with four levels that are comprised of a vented display deck and three adjustable wire shelves. LED lights illuminate the case's top and shelves to enhance presentation and catch customer attention. Unlike self-service models, this full-service model requires staff to retrieve customer orders from the two sliding rear doors, which can enhance staff-customer communication, reduce shoplifting, and minimize product contamination. For thorough cleaning, the front glass can be tilted out, and the sliding doors, shelves, shelf lights, and shelf supports can be removed.
