Part of Federal's line of high-volume products, the Federal SGD3642 bakery case accommodates three 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans and three 9-inch by 26-inch bakery pans. This unit is comprised of three levels: a scratch- and corrosion-resistant display deck and two adjustable wire shelves. The white deck and shelves provide a neutral backdrop for a clean, bright presentation that contrasts the steel base's black trim and laminate. To reduce the risk of shoplifting and product contamination while establishing a solid line of communication between employees and customers, staff can access the interior through the two rear sliding glass doors. This non-refrigerated unit is ideal for storing breads, bagels, donuts, cookies, and other items that do not need to be kept cold.

With its tempered glass front, top, and sides, the Federal SGD3642 non-refrigerated dessert case creates a continuous look when installed with other display cases. Its straight, subtly sloped front glass establishes a classic flair that complements traditional bakeries and grocery stores.
