Federal SGD3148 31" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Straight Glass - (4) Levels, 120v

This Federal SGD3148 high-volume bakery case measures 31¹³⁄₁₀₀ inches wide by 35³¹⁄₁₀₀ inches deep by 48 inches high and can be incorporated into continuous lineups for a cohesive, lengthened display. Its steel base sports a classic black laminate with black trim that contrasts the white interior and white wire shelves. Its straight front glass matches traditionally styled bakery and grocery store cases and can be tilted out to simplify cleaning. The tempered glass top, ends, and doors grant customers and employees a full view of the products which are lighted by LEDs. For stabilization on irregular flooring, it's positioned on adjustable leg levelers.

Because the Federal SGD3148 dessert case is non refrigerated, it's ideal for storing and displaying donuts, cookies, breads, and bagels. This unit accommodates four 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans and four 9-inch by 26-inch bakery pans, and to display different baked goods as inventory changes, its three shelves can be raised, lowered, or tilted for an enhanced presentation. Additional products can be showcased on the scratch- and corrosion-resistant display deck. This full-service model enables staff to retrieve customer orders, enhancing customer and employee interaction and minimizing the risk of contamination and theft. To facilitate thorough cleaning, the two sliding rear doors, shelf lights, shelf supports, and shelves can be removed.
