Federal CGR7742 Description
The Federal CGR7742 full-service bakery case is a three-level unit measuring 771/8 inches wide by 355/16 inches deep by 42 inches high. While its thermopane tempered glass panels resist breakage and preserve cold air, its steel base provides long-term durability. To blend in with existing decor and equipment, its exterior laminate and trim are black. This unit is equipped with LED lighting to illuminate cakes, pies, muffins, and other baked goods while encouraging impulse purchases.
To streamline installation and maintenance, the Federal CGR7742 display case's refrigeration system is self-contained and rear accessible. It operates with R513A refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit features two adjustable wire shelves as well as a display deck on which users can showcase product. For stabilization on uneven flooring, staff can adjust its leg levelers.
