Perlick UCS60B Description
The Perlick UCS60B cocktail station provides a space for bartenders to create beverages in a 60-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep footprint. It includes a 12-inch station equipped with a sink for blender placement, enabling chopping and mixing of ingredients. This sink operates with a low-lead faucet; an included ring holds a towel so employees can dry their hands. For heavy-duty use, this unit is constructed of stainless steel—a metal that resists rust, corrosion, and other common wear and tear.
To ensure ice in the 36-inch chest of the Perlick UCS60B beverage station doesn't melt, a 10-circuit cold plate keeps the bin's interior cool. This bin accommodates as much as 100 pounds of ice. To display a sample of the bar's product offering, the unit includes a 12-inch liquor shelf, and to facilitate access while mixing, bottles are held with six-capacity wells and a convenient rail. The mounted-on backsplash contains splatter to keep the walls clean, and a section of it is cut out to install soda lines.
