The compact Perlick HC24WS4 one-zone wine cooler provides 5.3 cubic feet of space and five shelves that hold eight wine bottles each. The shelves have an open design so all the products are evenly cooled, while the 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation provides additional assistance with temperature retention. The interior is accessible via the field-reversible solid door, and the interior has LED lighting for visibility. For long-lasting use, the back and base of the unit are constructed of galvanized steel, while the top, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel.
The self-contained refrigeration system of the Perlick HC24WS4 one-section wine cooler includes capillary tubes, a compressor, and a condenser. The unit utilizes R600a refrigerant, an environmentally safe coolant. Using the digital thermostat control, users can manipulate temperatures between 40 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensate pan helps reduce humidity inside, while the defrost system minimizes frost on components and coils.
