The Perlick BBS108-SS-L-STK bar refrigerator has a four-section design to house large quantities of bar items and foodservice ingredients. Four solid hinged doors are equipped with integrated locks to provide increased security, and these doors have a swing design with a 233/8 inch clearance. To optimize available space, the doors can be inverted for left- or right-hinged opening. The unit has a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior that's equipped with 6000K LED internal lighting in white or cool blue. This internal lighting provides visual appeal and can streamline item retrieval for faster service. This unit has two vinyl-coated shelves for storage that are grated to facilitate airflow and one floor shelf for each section.
The left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system of the Perlick BBS108-SS-L-STK bar cooler simplifies installation. Using the digital thermostat, users can program the temperature between 34 and 42 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is cooled using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while a capillary tube expansion device regulates its flow. An automatic defrost system helps minimize ice build-up inside the cabinet. Anti-sweat heaters prevent condensation from forming, which extends door gasket life and helps minimize slip hazards. A 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation helps maintain cool temperatures and ensures faster recovery time.
