The Vollrath RO4-208240-15 countertop rotisserie is constructed of stainless steel and made to hold 15 birds at once. This electric unit is controlled by three knobs and a power switch mounted on the front-right side of the unit. The full rotisserie measures 39 1⁄4 inches wide by 27 3⁄10 inches deep by 30 4⁄5 inches high and sits on four heavy-duty legs that can be adjusted from 4 to 5 inches tall.
The cooking chamber of the Vollrath RO4-208240-15 countertop rotisserie oven measures 27 4⁄6 inches wide by 21 3⁄10 inches deep by 20 1⁄2 inches high. Internal fans work to circulate the heat, and a heat indicator light informs users when the machine has reached the desired temperature. For efficient loading and unloading, the carousel of the unit is equipped with instant breaking.
