Ideal for merchandising in bakeries, delis, and other service establishments, the Vollrath RDCCB-48 full-service countertop refrigerator display case is constructed with front-side display glass. Its rear-sliding glass doors enable users to stock the interior cabinet as needed. The double-glazed panels are well-insulated and durable. The rear doors are removable with a lift-and-remove design to streamline cleaning or maintenance. The glass heater helps prevent the glass panels from fogging up for product visibility.
This Vollrath RDCCB-48 full-service countertop display case is designed to store and cool simultaneously. The inside cavity's two floating shelves are great for displaying deli meat and cheese, while the refrigeration system holds temperatures between 32 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. The guided air-flow system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while a manual and automatic defrost system prevent coils and other parts from freezing over.
