Vollrath R38713 Description
The Vollrath R38713 cold station is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to retain cold temperatures for three food pans for extended periods of time. Food pans are stored in a six-inch-deep well, which is constructed of stainless steel to prevent it from corroding or sustaining damage in high-volume applications. Removal of water is streamlined with a one-inch drain at the end of the night.
To cool the unit, the Vollrath R38713 cold station uses R513A refrigerant, making it a non-flammable choice in hot kitchens. This unit is mounted on locking casters to maneuver it through a buffet line or a banquet hall, and it has a black wrapping to catch customers' eyes and entice them to see what’s being served in the pans. For durability, the worktop is made of stainless steel. To prevent the spread of germs, this unit has a breath guard that keeps out contaminants while users scoop food.
