The compact Vollrath PSG4-DG208240-C panini press has a double-unit style that increases production and output. Its 19-inch by 9-inch cooking surface consists of grooved plates that enhance foods with a grilled presentation. The plates are made of heat-retentive and durable cast iron. The entire body features brushed stainless steel construction that slows the process of corrosion and adds strength. This presshas an ergonomic handle that is easy to remove and add products as needed.

At the front of this panini press are simple-to-use controls that enable users to adjust the press’ temperature between 125 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the unit has reached desired temperatures, the ready light will illuminate. To promote user safety, this panini press has a lighted power switch to notify users of when the unit is on or off. It ships with a cleaning brush and has a built-in drip tray to facilitate cleaning.
