Vollrath PC16PCC Description
Being constructed of 14-gauge aluminum with a clear-coat finish, the Vollrath PC16PCC pizza pan is resilient and corrosion resistant. However, this metal isn't dishwasher safe and must be cleaned by hand. Because it's fully perforated, it speeds the baking process and results in a crispier crust than solid alternatives. This circular pan has a diameter of 16 inches—ideal for baking large pies.
