Vollrath PC12SN Description
The Vollrath PC12SN pizza pan's surface can be used to hold oil so crust bakes to a crispy finish. This durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum pan heats uniformly, reducing the risk of crust burning or undercooking. Chefs can build a circular pizza with the defined rim, and excess dough can be removed by pressing it into the rim. Its 12-inch diameter is the ideal size for baking a medium pizza.
