Vollrath PC10SHC 10" Round Solid Pizza Pan, Aluminum

The Vollrath PC10SHC solid pizza pan is composed of 14-gauge aluminum and treated with a dark hard-coat finish that's great for use in infrared ovens and enhances the pan's abrasion resistance. While the hard coat improves the pan's durability, cutting pies directly on its surface will cause it to thin, and it requires manual washing with aluminum-safe detergent. The pan's 10-inch diameter is ideal for small pizzas, while the ³⁄₄-inch-deep edge provides dough room to rise as it bakes.
