With its 10-inch diameter and 14-gauge aluminum construction, the Vollrath PC10SCC solid pizza pan provides an all-in-one, oven-to-table solution for serving small pizzas. While it has an anodized clear coat and heats evenly to reduce the risk of undercooking or burning, cutting pizzas directly on the pan can cause the metal to thin and bend. This pan requires manual cleaning with a non-abrasive sponge in motions following the grain of the metal.
