Vollrath PC08PHC 8" Round Perforated Pizza Pan, Aluminum

With its 8-inch diameter, the Vollrath PC08PHC pizza pan accommodates a small pizza. To achieve a crispy crust, it's made of aluminum, which transfers heat well for an even bake. Its hard-coat, anodized finish creates a hardened surface that withstands seasoning and resists abrasion and corrosion. Because it's perforated, air can flow through the (52) ³/₈-inch holes for additional heat flow and to remove condensation buildup. The defined rim can be used for press cutting, removing excess dough and creating a circle for consistent results.
