Vollrath PC07PN Description
The Vollrath PC07PN perforated pizza pan is made of 14-gauge 3,000-series aluminum that resists corroding and provides enough strength for high-volume applications. This metal is also highly heat conductive, and the pan is perforated to enable even baking with a crispy crust. To make personal-sized pizzas, it measures 7 inches in diameter by 3⁄4 inches deep.
