Vollrath GGMDT-36 Description
The stainless steel Vollrath GGMDT-36 gas griddle is a countertop unit that sits on four stainless steel legs that are adjustable from 4 inches to 51/2 inches tall. The full unit measures 359/10 inches wide, 273/8 inches deep, and 12 inches high. Its cooking plate is made of polished stainless steel that is 3/4 of an inch thick and protected with a backsplash and side splash. The front piece of the griddle remains cool to ensure the safety of users.
The Vollrath GGMDT-36 gas griddle’s front piece holds knobs for adjusting the temperature as needed. The griddle has a removable, stainless steel drip tray drawer underneath the cooking plate that catches grease and can be emptied when full. The griddle is made to be used with natural gas, but it comes with a conversion kit that can be used to heat the griddle with liquid propane.
