Vollrath GGMDT-24 Description
This Vollrath GGMDT-24 gas griddle is made of stainless steel for durability and rust resistance and features a 3⁄4-inch thick polished stainless steel plate. Two U-shaped stainless steel burners beneath the plate are spaced every 12 inches for even heating and consistent cooking results. This countertop model is manually controlled using metal knobs and is designed to use natural gas. Purchase of the griddle includes a gas conversion kit to switch to using liquid propane if needed.
The Vollrath GGMDT-24 gas griddle has a backsplash and two side splashes around the cooking surface to protect the surrounding equipment from grease splatter. The excess grease produced from cooking drains down into the stainless steel drip pan to be emptied when full. The front piece of the griddle remains cool to protect users from excess heat. The full unit measures 24 1⁄10 inches wide, 27 3⁄8 inches deep, and 12 inches high and sits on stainless steel legs can be adjusted from 4 to 5 1⁄2 inches high.
