Vollrath GGMDM-24 Description
Featuring a two-burner design, the Vollrath GGMDM-24 medium-duty griddle maintains a consistent, even heated surface because of its 12-inch spacing. These temperatures can be adjusted with the manual knobs, which are protected by durable guards. Flame intensity is managed via the pilot access hole. For added longevity, this griddle is made with a stainless steel exterior to resist rust and corrosion, while its polished plate measures 3⁄4 inches thick to hold heat for extended periods of time. Considering this, the griddle is ideal for cooking warm sandwiches or French toast.
The Vollrath GGMDM-24 flat top griddle is paired with a 2 3⁄4-inch-tall backsplash that helps contain grease splatters from landing on other surfaces. Similarly, sloped splashes are fixed to either side, and the underside of this unit is finished with a large drip tray for similar reasons. Additionally, this piece of equipment comes with a gas valve and regulator for seamless operation; though it’s constructed for use with natural gas, this griddle comes with a conversion kit to offer LP connections as well.
