Vollrath GGHDM-36 Description
With a stainless steel exterior, the Vollrath GGHDM-36 heavy-duty gas griddle resists rust and corrosion while maintaining durability throughout use. For seamless operation, it consists of three stainless steel burners spaced 12 inches apart, a 1-inch-thick plate that’s polished, and adjustable flame settings for adaptable cooking methods. Considering this griddle’s temperatures are adjustable, line cooks can increase or decrease it via the manual control; additionally, the griddle is paired with a drip tray along the underside to help prevent messes.
While the Vollrath GGHDM-36 flat top griddle ships with a natural gas connection, it comes with a conversion kit that grants propane access. Similarly, it includes a regulator and gas valve for heightened functionality, while the backing is finished with a 4 3⁄8-inch-tall backsplash to help prevent messes and accidents. Along the sides, this griddle features a sloped side splash, and the body rests atop four adjustable legs to promote optimal aeration and cleanliness.
