The Vollrath FC-4C-04120-N refrigerated cold drop-in well can hold as many as four full-size pans. In the walls, refrigeration coils and high-density polyurethane foam provide insulation for optimal chilling power. A full-perimeter drip edge restricts condensation and spills, and because it stands above the pan, it helps protect contents from hot ambient air. The condensing unit sits beneath the well, where it is concealed from normal operations. In the event of a spill, the unit's stainless steel construction is resilient and can be cleaned up quickly. This drop-in is ideal for chilled-food operations, including salads and fruits.
