Vollrath CIPCART-1 Description
The Vollrath CIPCART-1 companion cart is mounted on casters to provide mobility in kitchens, medical facilities, or hotels. Two of the casters have locks, holding the unit in place so it doesn't move during use. The drain board is extendable to provide extra space for work, and the unit's modular design enables users to take it from place to place. This unit has a 50-foot hose with a built-in holder, and it also has a holder for paper towels and sanitizing wipes.
The hose on the Vollrath CIPCART-1 companion cart can be connected directly to a water supply and has a 2-inch NPT waste water outlet. Its tank holds 15 gallons of water, reducing the amount of times it needs to be refilled throughout the day. This unit has a spray wand with an adjustable flow rate to accommodate different applications.
