The Vollrath 924HIMC Cayenne® countertop induction cooktop has four hobs. Surrounded by stainless steel frames, the hobs are durable for use with heavy cookware and are operated with manual controls.
The Vollrath 924HIMC commercial induction cooktop is a versatile unit that can create a variety of foods. With 100 power settings, the temperature of this cooktop can be adjusted to a level between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit is also equipped with a timer that can be set as long as 180 minutes. To generate a magnetic field above the cooking surface, this type of cooking uses a copper coil. When induction-ready cookware is placed on these hobs, energy transmits directly into the cookware, which reduces heat transfer in the air and keeps surface areas safe.

"Don't Purchase! We bought this just a couple months and one of the burner already broken. Not worth the price! Poor customer service. Manufacturer did not try to help at all, instead put the responsibility on us. It Is frustrated for us, a small business owner."
