Vollrath 924HIDC Description
The Vollrath 924HIDC Cayenne® countertop commercial induction cooktop has four hobs. When users place induction-ready cookware on one of these hobs, a magnetic field heats the surface to prevent excessive heat in the kitchen and enable precise temperature control. For both holding and cooking applications, the temperature of the unit can be adjusted between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vollrath 924HIDC induction range has digital controls that are user friendly to ease cleaning. Housed in stainless steel, the unit has adjustable legs for installation on uneven surfaces.
