Vollrath 90263 Super Pan 3® Half Size Steam Pan - Stainless Steel

Great for saucy, oily foods, the Vollrath 90263 Super Pan 3® half-size steam pan is lined with ⁵⁄₃₂-inch holes on its sides and base that drain excess liquids quickly. Its reverse-form, flattened edge and framing shoulder secure it in place on a buffet table, preventing slippage when users dish out foods. It doesn't jam when placed in a steam table or buffet to streamline product loading and retrieval. This pan's stainless steel structure provides excellent resistance to corrosion to extend its service life.
