Vollrath 808N 8 Section Wedgemaster Wedger

The Vollrath 808N Redco® Wedgemaster™ wedger provides a simple way to produce consistent food slices. It can cut fruits, such as tomatoes and lemons, or dense vegetables such as potatoes. Food goes on the base and the blades are pushed onto it, slicing it into eight wedges. The unit's three legs hold it in place on a countertop.
