It’s made of durable, damage-resistant polycarbonate that’s built to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. The pan features top-flange corners with concave indention, antijamming lugs, ramped sides, and a reverse form flattened edges. It is compatible with SPV stainless steel pans, which must be purchased separately.
