The Vollrath 77200 solid dome steam pan cover is made of stainless steel and has an elegant satin finish. Its black Kool-Touch® handle stays cool to the touch in temperatures as hot as 220 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit fits on full-size pans (sold separately).
