Its 7-quart inset can keep plenty of product warm, whether it is chicken stew or a casserole. Sensors touching the inset regulate the stir indicator so food stays hot throughout. They also detect low food volume in the inset, preventing product from scorching. White LED numbers stand out well on the display, so users can check settings at a glance. The rethermalizer has four presets, helping the user cook quickly and with minimal fuss, and these settings can be locked for safety.
