This unit is divided into a 24-inch-wide by 132/5-inch-deep front heat zone and a 24-inch-wide by 63/5-inch-deep back heat zone to accommodate products with different holding requirements simultaneously. During peak periods, operators can use both zones, and after the lunch rush, one zone can be powered off for energy conservation. Staff can adjust and monitor temperature levels with the two accessible right-aligned thermostatic controls.
