Separated into two individually controlled sections, the Vollrath 7277060 Cayenne® heated shelf saves energy by enabling the operator to use just part of the unit. It has thermostatic controls that operate accurately and uniformly. The rope-type heating element creates an even path for heat distribution, while the aluminum core encourages temperature uniformity across the top. Because the top and outer components are made of stainless steel, this unit is strong and can be wiped clean.
