The Vollrath 7277048 Cayenne® heated shelf is designed to hold cooked food at safe temperatures. It is ideal for installation in areas that cannot have infrared heat from above, such as some pass-thru areas and serving lines. The warming surface is 48 inches wide by 20 inches deep, and the depth is split into two separately controlled sections. With this design, one section can be turned off while the other is running, saving energy during slow periods.
