Great for pass-thru areas and serving lines, the Vollrath 7277036 Cayenne® heated shelf keeps cooked food at warm, safe temperatures. It is 20 inches deep and separated into two sections—a 13²/₅-inch-deep front and a 6³/₅-inch-deep rear. These sections are controlled individually, increasing flexibility of the heat and saving energy during slow periods. The control panel is thermostatic, so it provides uniform, accurate operation. Made of aluminum, the core encourages even distribution, and the top is made of stainless steel to simplify cleaning.
