The Vollrath 72180 Cayenne® Colonial Kettle™ rethermalizer is designed to bring 7 quarts of cooked product from a chilled state to the proper serving temperature. Users can adjust the unit's temperature with the front-mounted controls, which are recessed to prevent accidental changes. For thorough and rapid warming, product is prepared with a cast heating element.

The Vollrath 72180 soup warmer has an attractive kettle-shaped design for customer-facing operations. To let customers know what kind of food is inside, the warmer comes with soup cards. An inset and hinged cover are included with this unit.
