The Vollrath 72171 Colonial Kettle™ countertop warmer is equipped with nonskid feet to prevent the unit from sliding on the table or countertop. Ideal for buffets, catered events, and hotel lobbies, it has a low-profile design and a capacity of seven quarts. Its aluminum body is coated with epoxy to provide long-lasting durability.

The Vollrath 72171 rethermalizer is designed with shouldered vegetable insets, making it safer to transport than bains marie. This unit effectively brings food out of the "danger zone" below 165 degrees Fahrenheit and keeps it at a safe, appetizing temperature above 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Its on/off switch is illuminated for visibility.
