The Vollrath 72105 Cayenne® drop-in well is designed with a high-efficiency aluminum dome element that provides direct, effective heat transfer. To reduce messes from dripping, it features a wide lip that catches and drains moisture back into the well. This unit's controls are recessed to reduce the risk of accidental temperature changes.

To ensure maximum energy efficiency, the Vollrath 72105 drop-in food warmer is constructed with a self-insulated, fiber-reinforced resin well. To ensure longevity, this well also resists scale buildup and streamlines cleaning. Consistent temperatures and power are supplied with capillary tube thermostat controls.
