The Vollrath 72056 Cayenne® countertop warmer features a front-access dial and a lighted on/off switch for straightforward operation. Its direct-contact heating system and 800-watt dome elements ensure even, efficient heating to bring food past 165 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes or less.

Because it is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the exterior of the Vollrath 72056 rethermalizer withstands heavy, repeated use without denting or scratching. This unit accommodates four third-size pans and is fitted with a drain for streamlined cleanup. To keep it securely in place on the countertop, it features nonskid feet.
