Vollrath 72055 Description

The stainless steel exterior of the Vollrath 72055 Cayenne® countertop warmer is resistant to dents, scratches, and corrosion to ensure a long lifespan with intensive use. This unit features a self-insulated, thermoset fiber-reinforced well that provides even heating and accommodates four third-sized pans. To prevent it from sliding on the countertop, it is equipped with nonskid feet.

The Vollrath 72055 rethermalizer is equipped with accessible front dials to maintain temperature control. Its direct-contact heating system ensures quick, efficient heat transfer for optimal results, while its aluminum dome heating elements provide swift recovery. This unit features a low-water light to alert employees when a refill is needed.
