Vollrath 72029 Description
With separate temperature controls and timers for each well, the Vollrath 72029 Cayenne® countertop soup warmer accommodates two food products at once. The wide, dripless lip drains moisture back into the thermoset, fiber-reinforced, and self-insulating resin well to reduce messes and maximize food quality. In just 90 minutes, this unit can reheat food from refrigerated temperatures to 165 degrees Fahrenheit and can hold food at 150 degrees Fahrenheit if it is well stirred, its water level is maintained, and proper covers are used.
The Vollrath 72029 soup warmer features nonskid feet for stabilization. Its flexible, bottom-exit power cord and nonstick aluminum heating element facilitate the cleaning process. Using as much as 25 percent less energy than standard warmers, this soup warmer has capillary tube controls and only uses power when needed. Its front-access dials enable accurate temperatures. This model comes with an accessory kit, which includes insets, covers, and ladles.
