Its cooking surface features a natural finish that ensures even heat distribution and measures 10 inches in diameter by 53/8 inches high. To maintain product quality, operators should only clean this piece by hand. Staff can transport this pan using the sturdy silicone handle, which is attached to the pan's base with EverTite™ rivets. This grip is heat resistant to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to minimize heat transfer between the pan and users' hands; it can also withstand temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently.
