Part of the Tribute® series, the Vollrath 702160 saute pan features a triple-layer construction consisting of an induction-compatible 18/0 stainless steel exterior, a sturdy 18/8 stainless steel interior, and a lightweight 3004 aluminum core. Its natural finish ensures even heat distribution and can be simply cleaned by hand. The pan's cooking surface measures 12 inches in diameter by 31⁄8 inches high, boasting a 6-quart capacity. To reduce burn risks, the handle is made of heat-resistant silicone that's capable of withstanding consistent temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit or intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. This nonslip handle is secured to the base of the pan with EverTite™ rivets.
