Its interior is made with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating to ease cleaning and sports a black appearance for improved presentation on a buffet bar. Able to endure heavy-duty use, such as back-to-back loading, its stainless steel construction tolerates high-volume applications. Its reverse-formed, flattened edges prevent jamming when it's placed in a steam table, and reinforced corners streamline pouring product.
