Vollrath 70200 Half Size Steam Pan, Stainless

The Vollrath Super Pan III is further enhanced with a stainless False Bottom. No more over saturated foods when you use this wonderful additive to an already great product. This Pitco Half Size False Bottom in stainless steel holds your food up out of the bottom of the pan to either prevent scorching or to hold it out of it's fluids to prevent unnecessary saturation and therefore spoilage. Conveniently included for drainage are uniform holes throughout the stainless make up as well as finger holes to remove the product from the bottom of pans when necessary. Never fall short by not having available this great accessory to the Super Pan III.
