The Vollrath 69610 Tribute® frying pan has a stainless steel top layer, an aluminum interior core, and a stainless steel exterior bottom layer that distribute heat evenly, resist corrosion, and provide durability. Its bottom is magnetic, enabling it to be used for induction. The handle is attached to the pan with rivets, and its holes release heat quickly. A non-stick interior coating releases cheese, protein, and other foods that typically stick.
- Constructed of 3 layers: 2 stainless steel exteriors with an aluminum core for even heat distribution
- Exterior bottom is magnetic for induction cooking
- TriVent® handle has 3 holes for hanging storage
- EverTite® rivet system connects the pan to its handle
- Stuck-on food comes off the CeramiGuard® II non-stick interior without scrubbing
- Overall dimensions: 10 in. top dia. x 75⁄8 in. bottom dia. x 21⁄8 in. H
- NSF certified
- Made in the U.S.

"Vollrath's tri-ply tribute is great stuff and the pan element here is no exception. But the handle is just horrible - it's both super-uncomfortable and heats up to beyond safe handling in 3-5 minutes. I honestly can't imagine what they're thinking except in pro kitchens they may throw leather or neoprene pads over it and just leave them on all night. The rolled edges on the bottom push sharply into your fingers and the whole thing is a mess. I should have gotten the 69110. I want to emphasize though that the pan is fabulous; even heating, great release, it's terrific. But the handle sucks out loud."
"I use this for eggs. So far nothing has stuck to it and the non-stick is intact, although under magnification I can see some surface scratches in the coating. Time will tell. Works brilliantly on induction without any hot spots. But the handle! Painful pick up the pan, since it is so heavy and the underside of the handle has poorly finished edges. Thus 4* instead of 5."
