Vollrath 69507 Description
Whether users are cooking delicate sauces with low heat or sautéing with high temperatures, the Vollrath 69507 Ultra induction range has 100 power settings, so users can control the temperature of their products. The power settings can be adjusted with the digital controls, and if a spill occurs during cooking, the unit's sloped control panel drains the liquid away.
The Vollrath 69507 induction range has two hobs that have a vitro ceramic top. This top is encased in a stainless steel frame that endures frequent use without denting. Rubber feet are mounted on the bottom of the unit, so it can be used on a countertop without sliding.
