The Vollrath 69328 saucepan cover is made of stainless steel and can withstand heavy use. Its handle is coated to remain cool to the touch, and an antimicrobial agent is built in to prevent harmful bacteria growth. The handle is heat resistant under 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fits on 69108, 69208, 69608, 69808, 77741, 77744, and 77791 pans.
